Freehold & Management Company
Taylor Wimpey have sold the freehold of the apartment blocks to Fairthatch GR Ltd who collect all ground rents direct as per below letter from Taylor Wimpey. Their agent is E&M at www.e-m.uk.com.
KWB Property Management Ltd are still the Management Company responsible for the main apartment-block structure and shared internal stairs/corridors, which all the apartment owners contribute towards. The external landscaped and carparking areas are also maintained which all apartments and houses contribute towards. A plan of the Management Company’s area is below:
Rider Close is still owned by Taylor Wimpey and is in the process of becoming an adopted highways for the local authority to then maintain.
Accounts
Service charge is paid annually to the Management Company unless any other agreed basis of payment.
