Taylor Wimpey have sold the freehold of the apartment blocks to Sanhall GR Ltd who collect all ground rents direct as per below letters from Taylor Wimpey. Their agent is E&M at www.e-m.uk.com
KWB Property Management Ltd are still the Management Company responsible for the main apartment-block structure and shared internal stairs/corridors, which all the apartment owners contribute towards. The external landscaped and car parking areas are also maintained which all apartments and houses contribute towards. A plan of the Management Company’s area is below:

Signals Drive is still owned by Taylor Wimpey and is in the process of becoming an adopted highways for the local authority to then maintain.
Service charge is paid annually to the Management Company unless any other agreed basis of payment.

Fire Evacuation Procedure
The Fire Evacuation Procedure for the apartments is below which is a Stay Put policy.
The Freeholder arranges the building insurance for the apartment blocks and the Management Company pays the premium through the service charge. The current insurance Certificate confirming cover is below:
