Management Company
KWB Property Management Ltd are responsible for the common areas of land at the end of the development. It does includes the landscaped areas along the brook and Arlington Way. A plan of the Management Company’s area is below:
This land is only for access and reasonable use of the grassed area, with no rubbish or additional items to be left here. This does not include the driveways leading to plots facing the brook, or the grassed area on the left as you enter the estate. These must not be accessed without the permission of each owner, and the brook beyond the boundary fence for people’s safety.

Accounts
Service & maintenance charge is paid annually to the Management Company unless any other basis of payment is agreed. These are issued at the end of each calendar year to arrive in time for the due date of the 1st January.
Service Charge accounts to the 31/12/2016 are in the process of being completed after confirmation with Taylor Wimpey for their period of management. The current Budget is below:

Insurance
The Management Company arrange Public Liability insurance cover for the managed land. This does not include any plot building insurance which each owner must arrange themselves.
