The Management Company employs KWB Property Management Ltd as the managing agent to manage all company and property matters on its behalf. The development includes Groves Way, Bolas Avenue and Whitley Close.

Service charge and accounts
Service charge demands for the estate areas are issued for 1 January each year, with 92 plots contributing to the service charge.

Insurance
The Management Company arranges the public liability insurance for the communal estate areas covered under the management plan.
Individual dwellings
Each owner is responsible for their own individual dwelling, if you let your property then contact your immediate landlord.
