General Maintenance 

Contacts

All contractors and maintenance of the shared areas of the apartment block is arranged and instructed by the Managing Agent. Only contact the Management Company about any queries not the contractors direct. 


Refuse

The local authority provide refuse bins for each plot and collected weekly. There is a shared bin area at the side of the property.

All additional rubbish must be arranged to be taken away by each occupier and not left.


Cleaning

The shared internal stairs and corridors for the apartment block are being cleaned on a weekly basis.


Window Cleaning

All external surfaces of windows to the apartment block the responsibility of the Managing Agent and arranged every 3 to 6 months.


Electrical

The general and emergency lighting for the shared areas of the apartment are maintained every 12 months by the Managing Agent’s contractor. This includes the maintenance of the smoke-ventilation and intercom systems.


Landscaping

The external areas are being maintained and litter-licked on a ad-hoc basis by a local gardener.
