All contractors and maintenance of the shared areas is arranged and instructed by the Managing Agent. If you have any queries or concerns please contact us during normal office hours Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:30.

Refuse
The local authority provide refuse bins to the bin stores. All rubbish including any recycled items should be placed in these bins. Household rubbish is collected every week on a Thursday by BCC.
Recycling is collected on a Monday
All rubbish must be placed in the rubbish bins, no rubbish is to be left in any communal areas. A £50 + VAT fine and additional cost of removal may be issued to those not complying with this.
Cleaning
All internal stairs and corridors are cleaned every week on a Monday.
Window Cleaning
All external windows (including apartment windows) are cleaned first week of every month as well as the internal faces of the communal windows
Access
At the vehicular gate entrance there is an intercom for visitors to call each apartment/house which is regularly maintained. Access is via key fob. New/replacement fobs can be supplied at a cost of £20 + VAT.
Landscaping
The grass and garden areas are maintained on a Friday every fortnight.
