Management Company

Kingscourt (Birmingham) Management Co Ltd is responsible for the main structure and communal areas at Kings Court. All apartments/house owners are shareholders in this company, and pay a service charge towards the cost of maintaining these communal areas. The internal areas of each dwelling are the direct responsibility of each owner.

The Management Company employ KWB Property Management Ltd as the managing agent to manage all company and property matters on their behalf.  Please contact them during normal office hours Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:30.


Accounts

The service charge is payable every 6 months to the Management Company. Below are the certified accounts for the last 3 years.  These are updated annually and 2018 will show as soon as they are certified.

Freehold

The Management Company holds a long leasehold interest in Kings Court and has granted long leasehold interests to each apartment/house.

Insurance
