Management Company
Kingscourt (Birmingham) Management Co Ltd is responsible for the main structure and communal areas at Kings Court. All apartments/house owners are shareholders in this company, and pay a service charge towards the cost of maintaining these communal areas. The internal areas of each dwelling are the direct responsibility of each owner.

The Management Company employ KWB Property Management Ltd as the managing agent to manage all company and property matters on their behalf. Please contact them during normal office hours Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:30.
Accounts
The service charge is payable every 6 months to the Management Company. Below are the certified accounts for the last 3 years. These are updated annually and 2018 will show as soon as they are certified.

Sales
Please contact us for information required for the sale of any dwelling.
Freehold
The Management Company holds a long leasehold interest in Kings Court and has granted long leasehold interests to each apartment/house.
Residents Manual & Updates
The current residents manual is listed below for all owners and occupiers to be aware of, along with any helpful letters and AGM Minutes issued by the Management Company. An amended residents manual will be issued in mid 2016 – please contact us with any feedback:
Insurance
The Management Company arranges the building insurance for the whole of Kings Court and pays the premium through the service charge. For current insurance certificate, please see link below:
Car Park
Each apartment/house has an allocated car park space in the basement. The plan and summary below details which space is allocated to each apartment/house:
