Communal areas

All communal maintenance issues must be reported to us via our online reporting system. This is monitored from 9.00am—5.30pm, Monday—Friday.

Cleaning

Internal cleaning is undertaken every Wednesday by 2Clean and they also attend Friday just to clean the external litter bin and check everything is ok in the lobby area.

Your windows are cleaned on a quarterly basis using the reach and wash pole method.
