Management Company
KWB Property Management Ltd are responsible for the common areas of land at the end and side of the development. This excludes the driveways leading to plots facing onto Hole Lane, and the grassed area and car park at the side of the apartment block at the end of the development. A plan of the Management Company’s area is below:
This land is only for reasonable use of the grassed area, with no rubbish or additional items to be left here. Whilst the land along Hole Lane can be easily accessed, the land facing Bristol Road South is only for grass access at the rear of the apartment block with no permitted access within the wooded area.
Oakville Drive is an adopted highways for the local authority to maintain.
Accounts
Service & maintenance charge is paid annually to the Management Company unless any other basis of payment is agreed. These are issued at the end of each calendar year to arrive in time for the due date of the 1st January.

Insurance
The Management Company arrange Public Liability insurance cover for the managed land. This does not include any plot building insurance which each owner must arrange themselves. The current insurance Certificate confirming cover is below:
