Management Company
The Management Company employ KWB Property Management Ltd as the managing agent for issues associated with the shared communal estate areas of the development on their behalf. Please contact them during normal office hours Monday—Friday, 9.00—17.30. All house owners pay a service charge towards the cost of maintaining these communal areas. The internal areas of each dwelling, and the whole plot for each house, is the direct responsibility of each owner.
Service charge
Service charge demands for the estate areas are issued for 1 January and 1 July each year. 9 plots contribute to the service charge.
Insurance
The Management Company arranges the public liability insurance for the courtyard – owners must arrange their own buildings insurance.
Main gate trade button
The trade button on the main gate works between the hours of 8.30am—5.00pm, Monday—Friday. Outside of these hours trades will need to contact the relevant property for access.
