Management Company

Sherbourne House Management Company is responsible for the main structure and communal areas at Sherbourne House. All apartments pay a service charge towards the cost of maintaining these communal areas. The internal areas of each dwelling are the direct responsibility of each owner.

The Management Company employ KWB Residential as the managing agent to manage all company and property matters on their behalf.  Please contact them during normal office hours Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:30.


The service charge is payable every 6 months to the Management Company. The certified service charge accounts for the year ending 31 October of each year are available below.
