The local authority provide refuse bins to the bin stores around the development. All rubbish including any recycle items should be placed in these bins. Rubbish is collected every week.
All internal stairs and corridors are cleaned every two weeks, with a new contractor beginning from February 2018 under KWB’s management after a tendering process.
All external surfaces of windows to the flats and communal areas are cleaned every three months. This is through a new contractor beginning from February 2018 under KWB’s management after a tendering process.
Fire & Electrical
Electricians can be instructed to deal with any lighting issues within the communal area of the development.
Each resident has a key for the communal doors, and there is an intercom for visitors to call the occupier of each flat. The Management Company maintain the communal system leading to each dwelling.
The external hard-standing and garden areas are maintained on fortnightly basis in the summer months and monthly in the winter ones. This is through a new contractor from February 2018 under KWB’s management following a period of re-tendering, and will be reviewed in the summer of 2018 to look at additional regular and one-off clearance works.
