Spiral Court & Green Court Management Ltd is responsible for the main structure and communal areas at Spiral & Green Court. All flat owners are shareholders in this company, and pay a service charge towards the cost of maintaining these communal areas. The internal areas of each dwelling are the direct responsibility of each owner.

The Management Company employ KWB Property Management Ltd as the managing agent to manage all company and property matters on their behalf. Please contact them during normal office hours Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:30.
The service charge is payable every 3 months to the Management Company. The current service charge accounts for the year ending 31 December 2014 are available below, as well as the dormant company accounts.

The Management Company arranges the building insurance for the whole of Spiral & Green Court and pays the premium through the service charge. For current insurance certificate, please see link below:
Each flat owner has a garage which is the designated location to park any regular vehicles. The communal parking areas are only for visitors and occasional use.
