General Maintenance


All contractors and maintenance of the shared areas of the apartment blocks is arranged and instructed by the Management Company. Only contact the Management Company about any queries not the contractors direct.

The local authority provide refuse bins for each plot and collected weekly. There is a shared bin store in the rear carpark just for use of the apartment occupiers. Click Here for details on the council’s website.

There are separate blue-topped bins ONLY for the following recycle items: food/drink cans, aerosols, plastic packaging, mixed paper/card, mixed glass/cartons.

All additional rubbish must be arranged to be taken away by each occupier and not left. The following letter will be issued to any identified as leaving unauthorised refuse with appropriate charges made:

The shared internal stairs and corridors for the apartment blocks are cleaned every two weeks on a Thursday by a cleaning contractor.

Window Cleaning

All external surfaces of windows to the apartments and communal areas are cleaned every two months by the following contractor. This excludes all houses.

Rapid Cleaning Services


The general and emergency lighting for the shared areas of the apartment blocks is checked monthly by an electrical contractor. They also maintain the smoke-ventilation and the communal intercom system.


The outside grassed and garden areas are maintained and litter-picked by a landscaping contractor. This is weekly in the summer months and monthly in the winter ones.
