Taylor Wimpey have sold the freehold of the apartment blocks on the 28th June 2016 to Brigante Properties Ltd who collect all ground rents direct as per below letters from Taylor Wimpey. Their agent is E&M at www.e-m.uk.com
KWB Property Management Ltd are still the Management Company responsible for the main apartment-block structure and shared internal stairs/corridors, which all the apartment owners contribute towards.
