Utilities Information

TV

Each apartment has an aerial connection from a communal supply that the Management Company maintains. The actual supplier of TV channels is agreed by each apartment occupier. No additional connections are permitted without permission from the Management Company, including satellite dishes.


Telephone & Internet Broadband

Connection points are within each house/apartment. Each occupier must agree their own supplier to these.


Electricity

Each house/apartment has its own electricity meter and account, with whichever supplier they have agreed.

The meters for the apartments are in the ground-floor meter-cupboard near one of the block-entrance doors; each owner should have a key to access this to take meter readings.

The Management Company pays for the electricity to the shared areas of the apartment blocks and the apartment’s rear car-park lights. The street lighting is via the local authority.


Gas

Each house/apartment has its own gas meter and account, with whichever supplier they have agreed.


Water

Each apartment/house has its own water meter and account with Severn Trent Water with the following contact details:
