Taylor Wimpey have sold the freehold of the apartment blocks to Fairhatch GR Ltd who collect all ground rents direct. Their agent is E&M at www.e-m.uk.com.

KWB Property Management Ltd are still the Management Company responsible for the main apartment-block structure and shared internal stairs/corridors, which all the apartment owners contribute towards. The external landscaped and carparking areas are also maintained which all apartments and houses contribute towards. A plan of the Management Company’s area is below:

The access road are still owned by Taylor Wimpey and is in the process of becoming an adopted highway for the local authority to then maintain.

Service charge is paid annually to the Management Company unless any other agreed basis of payment.

Insurance
