Management Company

KWB Property Management Ltd are responsible for the common areas of land at the end of the development. This includes the driveways leading to plots facing onto the adjacent field, and the grassed area up to the boundary fence. A plan of the Management Company’s area is below:

This land is only for access and reasonable use of the grassed area, with no rubbish or additional items to be left here. The driveways are not to be used for regular vehicle access; bollards have been installed by Taylor Wimpey to limit regular use.

The trees at the front of the site have a Tree Preservation Order on them as below:

Accounts

Service & maintenance charge is paid annually to the Management Company unless any other basis of payment is agreed. These are issued at the end of each calendar year to arrive in time for the due date of the 1st January.

There are two Schedules in this charge. The first Managed facility is for the grassed areas that all plot owners contribute towards. The second is the Managed Access Ways for the shared driveways that the adjacent plots contribute towards.

Insurance
