Management Company
Bermuda Park (Nuneaton) Management Co Ltd is responsible for the main structure and communal areas of the apartment blocks, the main structure and car park areas for the FOG coach houses, and communal landscaping and car park areas for individual plots on Bermuda Park Estate. All apartments/house owners pay a service charge towards the cost of maintaining these communal areas. The internal areas of each apartment, and the whole plot for each house, is the direct responsibility of each owner.

The Management Company employ KWB Property Management Ltd as the managing agent to manage all company and property matters on their behalf. Please contact them during normal office hours Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:30.
Accounts
The service charge is payable every 12 months to the Management Company. The current service charge accounts for the year ending 31 December 2017 are available below.

Sales
Please contact us and any freeholder for information required for the sale of any dwelling.
Freehold
The freehold of the apartments and coach houses are held separate to the Management Company where ground rent is paid to a separate Managing Agent.

The current residents manual is listed below for all owners and occupiers to be aware of, along with any helpful letters and AGM Minutes issued by the Management Company. This mainly affects the apartment owners and occupiers:

Insurance
The Management Company arranges the building insurance for the apartment blocks and some coach houses and pays the premium through the service charge. For current insurance certificate, please see link below:
